Parametric Yamaha PSR-E383 Stand Adaptor
Description
Parametric OpenSCAD model that generates a pair of adaptor rails/plates to securely mount a keyboard onto a third-party X-style keyboard stand with two support cylinders (tubes). Each rail cradles one of the stand's cylinders in a curved channel, letting the keyboard rest and lock onto the stand instead of just sitting loosely on the cushioned end caps.
Since the distance between the two support cylinders varies between stands, all key dimensions (cylinder spacing, channel diameter, plate length, screw hole positions, etc.) are exposed as parameters in the .scad file, so you can easily customize the model to fit your own stand.
Designed specifically for the Yamaha PSR-E383, but the same approach should work for other keyboards that rest on a similar X-stand with cylindrical crossbars.
Each rail is secured to the underside of the keyboard with an M5 x 20 mm screw (two screws total for the pair). STL and 3MF files are included pre-sized for the PSR-E383, along with the editable .scad source for full customization.
